Mudge on the Scoot!

Mudge has discovered that there are things to shred across the room from her.

She's not crawling yet, but she has devised a mode of getting from here to there. She scoots! It consists of sitting on one's buns, stretching one or both legs out front and then pulling one's buns forward to meet the feet.

I'd never seen this before, until this past year in the church nursery. We had a little cutie in there who totally skipped crawling. He's one of my favorite nursery cuties, and I just love cuddling him. I used to laugh at his scooting until my sides ached. Now it looks as though I might have a scooter all my own. Yeahhhhh!
